Nationality & Residency Requirements

In addition, South Dakota Opportunity Scholarship renewal requirements dictate that while students must maintain a cumulative 3.0 GPA in college, any student who drops below a 3.0 is granted a grace mechanism: eligibility can be restored in subsequent terms once the cumulative GPA is raised back to 3.0 or higher.
